May 2019 UPDATE

A huge congratulations goes out to all team members of Seabrook Primary School that have worked enthusiastically in order to complete the Biodiversity Module as part of Sustainability Certification. Our school has successfully met all the requirements of Discovering Star Level and are now a 2 Star ResourceSmart school.

Becoming a 2 Star ResourceSmart school recognises the school’s commitment to creating sustainable practices, infrastructures, integrated learning and taking-action on climate change.

Seabrook Primary School aims to become a sustainable school by reducing our ecological footprint through adopting sustainable practices in our everyday lives. We will achieve this by integrating sustainability into all areas of the curriculum and instilling a sense of ownership of and pride in improving the environment. We will lead the community by demonstrating exemplary practices in waste management, water and energy usage, and develop the school grounds to promote biodiversity.

Super worm juice!

Are you looking to give your garden a boost ?

Are you looking to boost your vegetables, fruit and general flower garden?

Look no further. Seabrook Primary School is worm farming! We are turning your child’s fruit and vegetable scraps into pure organic fertilizer with the help of our little squirming friends-the worms. Our worms are busy munching away and breaking up your food scraps so they can give us back pure, organic, rich worm juice. This juice is carefully poured into bottles for your convenience.

The worm juice has wonderful benefits for any use around your garden! From enriching your soil in nutrients and minerals to kick starting your seeds and stimulating flowering.

Bottles cost $2.00 each
